DESIGN SERVICES and CLIENTS:
TLA Inc. 's Architects and Designers are primarily involved in the design and renovation of financial, healthcare, educational and masonry facilities throughout New England.
From the initial stages of identifying and selecting an appropriate site, through the final installation of interior finishes, our services are structured around the client’s specific needs and requests.
DESIGN SERVICES
SITE ANALYSIS & SELECTION We will study and determine the feasibility of facility construction or /renovation at any given location. Factors may include surrounding architecture, water/sewer availability, earth properties, drainage, local zoning and other considerations that might impact the project.
SPACE PLANNING Our design specialists will analyze the information and make a recommendation based on the client's space and functional requirements, either to build a new facility, or accommodate them within an existing facility. Our recommendation is backed by our knowledge and expertise of functional design considerations such as ergonomics, organization of space for office furniture, business systems, and specialty equipment.
DESIGN & TURNKEY INTERIORS Our team of designers are experienced in projects that entail upgrading and modernizing existing building interiors by designing, decorating, and installing furniture, fixtures and furnishings. Whatever the scope of the project, we are staffed with professional designers who are experienced in the entire process of transforming a space into a fully functioning facility.
ARCHITECTURAL and ENGINEERING We provide architectural as well as a full range of structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services to meet the project requirements.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT We offer construction management services ranging from individual tasks to total turnkey building projects that require architectural, site survey, HVAC engineering and interior design. In addition, we assist and manage facilities transitions resulting from company mergers.
