Employees and Virtual Employees:
Theriault / Landmann Associates is always looking for talented individuals who have the ability to interact and formulate solutions with our clients and then carry a design concept through to the working drawings stage. Individuals with deep expertise and interest in developing any of our core or allied areas are particularly encouraged to submit an application.
We are looking for eager and self-motivated individuals to take on the responsibility of managing and over seeing a project from start to finish. Our designers are knowledgeable on the technical aspects of building design, as well as using CAD technology in producing working drawings. We are more inclined to hire a designer with a thorough understanding of how a building goes together than someone who is just a proficient and fast CAD operator.
We require that all prospective employees possess the drive to work for the client’s best interest, from concept development through facility commissioning.
Occasionally we have openings for summer student interns and recent graduates.
We have employees that are full time in our office and virtual employees who either work from home or their own office.
We offer Competitive Compensation (straight salary, salary plus commission, and straight commission), Healthcare Insurance, Paid Vacation and Holidays, Retirement Savings Plan, and Very Flexible Working Hours / Days.
We do not "staff up" for big projects, only to lay people off as the project nears completion. Todate, we have yet to downsize for lack of work.
