EDMOND THERIAULT, President
Mr. Theriault has over twenty five years experience in design-build and construction project management with financial institutions, healthcare facilities, and other multi-unit projects. In 1990, he founded Theriault/Landmann Associates to provide consultation, design, and construction management services to a wide range of businesses.
DAVID LANDMANN, R.A., Senior Vice President
Mr. Landmann has over twenty five years experience with feasibility analysis, planning and permitting, design, Project Management and construction in both the public and private sectors. He has been the Director of Planning for Boca Raton, Florida, and has provided expert testimony to the U.S. House of Representatives and the FBI. He has also operated his own consulting company, which specialized in the permitting of complicated and controversial projects.
SCOTT WHITAKER, V.P. of Masonry Forensic Operations & Sales
Mr. Whitaker has over twenty three years experience in the construction industry. He has developed a specialty in masonry forensics and installation of dimension cut stone as well as the repair of historic masonry. His background includes structural steel and metal fabrication, woodframe construction as well as project management, specification writing and architectural design.
JIM DURGIN, Regional
VP.
Mr. Durgin has over ten years experience in the financial industry focusing on branch automation and retail design. He has worked with New England based financial institutions, providing solutions ranging from physical security and teller automation to new branch design.
DAVID CURRAN, R.A., Director of Architecture
Mr. Curran has over thirty years of commercial building design and construction experience. This includes more than two hundred renovation projects for the U.S. Postal Service. Since 1990, Mr. Curran has worked with Theriault/Landmann Associates providing architectural design for buildings of all types.
CLYDE BLACKWELL, R.A., Senior Architect
Mr. Blackwell has over twenty years of design and project management experience serving clients in the public and private sectors. His background includes construction, construction management and specification writing for municipal facilities, schools, parking garages, banks, historical buildings, office and apartment buildings, and healthcare facilities.
JOSEPH DIDONATO, R.A., Associate Architect
Mr. DiDonato has over thirty four years of design and project management experience serving clients in the public and private sectors. He has experience in all aspects of architectural design for both commercial and residential applications. Mr. DiDonato has been an AIA member since 2004.
TIMOTHY BRAUN, R.A., Associate Architect
Mr. Braun has over eleven years of design and project management experience serving clients in the public and private sectors. He has experience in all aspects of architectural design for both commercial and residential applications.
LAURA ZOULAMIS, Senior Interior Designer
Ms. Zoulamis has ten years of professional design experience working with large institutions throughout the Midwest and East Coast. Her space planning and interior design projects have included banks, healthcare facilities, large high-end residential spaces as well as many corporate and general office projects. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
MELANIE SCAMMAN, Interior Designer
Ms. Scamman has recently graduated from Endicott College with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. She has professional design experience furnishing interiors for the hospitality industry throughout New England as well as experience with foreign design markets in Australia and Italy.
JUDITH ENRIQUEZ, Senior Associate
Ms. Enriquez lends twenty years experience in architectural and interior design. She has developed a specialty in the design of period homes, houses of worship, and historic research. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Interior Design.
KEVIN WHALEN, Project Manager
Mr. Whalen has over thirty years experience in the construction industry that included a post for twenty years as Vice President and Director of Facilities for a major Maine based financial institution. His areas of expertise and accomplishment include Energy Management, Budget Preparation, Contract Negotiations, Vendor Management and Purchasing and Inventory Control. In addition, he has provided Project Management Services to financial institutions ranging in size from one to twenty five million dollars
